What happens in a typical personal training session?
Each group class is developed specifically to help each and every person in the class reach new levels of health based on
your fitness level and goals, so exact formats vary. However, during a typical 60-minute class, you should expect a 5-10 minute warm-up, 30-40 minutes of
cardiovascular conditioning and total body strength training, and a 5-10 minute
cool-down period.
