Group Classes
Physical Active/ Movement and Yoga group classes is our primary service. Group classes is the best way to get healthy and
where your goals, level of fitness, and physical needs and limitations are considered. Also the social aspect is also very big here with us. WE understand how hard it is to make new friends after you finish school. SO lets get you healthy and make some new friends in the process. There are
3 basic principles used at Training With A Purpose:
1) Functional Strength and Endurance: Increase strength and
endurance with progressive functional resistance training. Work more muscle,
burn more calories, prevent injuries, and work on developing muscular balance
using medicine balls, physioballs, balance boards, stability pads, etc.
Traditional strength training exercises with a functional approach are a big
part of our program.
2) Cardiovascular Training: Work hard! If your fitness level and body can
take it, work hard through cross training and interval training. We can design
a program for you.
3) Perfect Posture: We are always working to improve muscular, functional,
static and dynamic balance. Proper form is always a major focus.
We offer 60, 90, and 120-minute sessions...you choose which best fits your schedule!
